Savage Mobb strives to bring all our customers nothing but #savagefaction guarenteed. Orders will be processed within 48 hours and will be received within 3-7 business* days not including holidays. Signature required upon delivery.

All items are inspected thoroughly to ensure the highest quality. All of our hair extensions are FINAL SALE. If you believe that you’ve received an item in error or a defective item please contact us immediately at support@savagemobb.com or call us at 1888-888-8888. Exchange permitted within 7 business days. Hair extensions will NOT be exchanged if it shows ANY signs of being tampered with. Hair is to remain in original package with all labels in tact. 
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Savage Mobb reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • An irregular or excessive returns history: regarding damage, missing items , etc,

Savage Mobb reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?                                                    

All customers (pre-orders & regular orders) have up to 24 hours to cancel their order if items have not already been processed and shipped out. Each cancelled order will be refunded, minus a 10% restocking fee.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS BEFORE IT SHIPS?

NO ADDRESS CAN BE CHANGED.

Please be aware that for security reasons, Savage Mobb does not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed.

If you cannot receive the item at the address submitted (or if the address is invalid), Savage Mobb shipping policy requires customers to cancel the order up to 24 hours after the order has been placed (minus a 10% Restocking fee). Then you can place a new order with a valid shipping address in order to ensure your package is delivered to the correct address.

Please make sure you update your shipping address before you place a new order.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but again, it is for your protection.

If your order has been shipped please contact someone at that address, if possible. Otherwise, we will wait for the package to be returned to us and we will then issue you a refund in accordance with our Online Return Policy.
